This event is about how provenance is communicated in museums and how to make invisible stories visible. How can provenance research be part of permanent exhibitions and other exhibition projects? How can hidden collection histories be made accessible to visitors? Mathilde Heitmann-Taillefer, Curator for Research, Scientific Cooperations and Provenance Research at the Museum Folkwang, and Dr. Ulrike Saß from the project team of „Making Visible – Traces of Jewish Engagement at the MdBK“ at the Museum of Fine Arts Leipzig will be discussing this.
