III Working with relatives in mediation

How can the personal stories of relatives of NS-How can we sensitively integrate persecuted people into mediation work? The workshop sheds light on biographical work in provenance research and mediation. Presented is the Project „What voice do we have?“ and experiences of working with relatives by the Sachsenhausen Memorial and Museum. The project „Art, Looting and Restitution - Forgotten Life Stories“ also provides an insight into the current status of the educational formats with relatives. The participants reflect on experiences and challenges in dealing with relatives, discuss ethical and methodological issues and gather strategies for participatory mediation formats. This gives them the impetus to. of relatives in their own educational projects and implement biographical work in their work.
