Insights, reflections and further offers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>How can the persecution of the Nazis, the theft of art, and restitution be taught in the school and extracurricular context? Within the framework of the project <a href=\"https:\/\/kunst-raub-rueckgabe.de\/en\/\">\u201eArt, Loot and Return \u2013 Forgotten Life Stories\u201c<\/a> Together with artists and family members, students have developed different approaches to the life stories behind restituted works of art. Films and two workshop formats have been created that open up new perspectives on the history of the works of art and the people behind them.<\/p>\n<p>The event provides insights into the project process, presents the films and workshops produced, and invites participants to think together about ways to communicate the project to schools and museums.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Programme<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Project insights and film screening:<\/strong> Presentation of the films created in the project and an insight into the production process.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Panel discussion:<\/strong> with students and project participants. What has remained with the students? What questions have preoccupied them? What should a museum tell about the history of its artworks?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Presentation of the two new workshops: <\/strong>An introduction to the two workshop formats developed within the project, as well as insights into methods and approaches.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Exchange and conclusion: <\/strong>How can the developed approaches be continued in schools and museums?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The event is aimed at teachers, multipliers and other educators interested in the subject.
